Consultation announced regarding more favourable application of EU competition law for the self-employed

The European Commission has announced a public consultation regarding the guidelines for the application of the European Union’s competition law to the collective contracts related to the work conditions of individually self-employed persons.

This document is relevant to the self-employed representatives of the cultural and creative sector.

The draft document can be viewed and notes and suggestions can be submitted until 24 February here.
