As of the beginning of July, 70 Ukrainian artists had found refuge in Lithuania and had been granted a monthly stipend of EUR 600 each, for a period of three months.

The Lithuanian cultural and creative industries (CCI) will soon receive almost EUR 15 million for the purpose of encouraging the creation of competitive cultural products and improving the infrastructure of CCI companies.

The reform of the model for supporting the media was presented today at the Ministry of Culture. The reform will open up significantly more opportunities for the media to add to the content it creates, and for society to receive reliable and valuable information.
