Today marks the start of the 44 th assembly session of UNESCO World Heritage Committee.

On 7 July, the annual meeting of the Baltic Cultural Committee was held.

The Minister of Culture Simonas Kairys, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Gabrielius Landbergis and the Vice-Minister of Education, Science and Sport Agnė Kudarauskienė presented Lithuania’s candidacy to the UNESCO Executive Board in 2021–2025 to ambassadors accredited to Lithuania.
