Such research helps to create the conditions necessary for successful and effective activities of the cultural diplomacy. The cultural diplomacy is essential for all countries, especially the smaller ones whose culture for them often becomes one of the most important ways of being heard’, spoke Minister of Culture Mrs Liana Ruokytė-Jonsson.
